5/11/26 AI governance and legal departments in organizations today need to consider the implications of states and other jurisdictions banning AI systems from holding legal responsibility (AI Legal Personhood).
As countries move in this direction, the need for building AI safe guards and instituting responsible AI is further emphasized given the legal ownness of a rogue AI agent performing potentially illegal or other unintended acts, falls on a person and/or organization and not the AI agent.
